Welcome to Cannes Côté Sud! The villa enjoys an excellent location, just 800 metres from the beach and the Palais des Festivals, and only 500 metres from Le Suquet. Situated on a quiet street, this charming 19th-century property has recently been renovated to combine its traditional character with modern comfort.
The main part of the villa has three separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a smaller bedroom with one single bed. There is also a spacious living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, as well as a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and oven and is located next to the dining area. A separate studio, accommodating up to three people, has a double bed and a sofa. The studio can be connected to the main house, so the whole villa is let as one unit.
Free Wi-Fi is available, and free street parking is possible. A private parking space is also available approximately 300 metres from the villa. Children are welcome but must be supervised by their parents at all times. The property also features a relaxing garden with a small swimming pool and a barbecue. The Église Notre-Dame d'Espérance is just 500 metres from the villa, and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is approximately 20 km away. What to see
Our recommendations
A stroll along the Avenue of Stars, where you can see around 150 handprints of famous actors and directors, is a must. The Palais des Festivals is best known as the home of the Cannes Film Festival, but it also hosts many other events throughout the year. Le Suquet is the old quarter of Cannes, best known for its charming, winding cobbled streets and local restaurants, particularly around Rue Saint-Antoine. At the top of Le Suquet stands a historic church and clock tower overlooking the Bay of Cannes, offering beautiful panoramic views of the city and the sea.
The Pointe Croisette is home to several water-sports centres offering equipment and activities. From windsurfing and kayaking to jet skiing, there are plenty of options to choose from. For more information, visit the Cannes Tourist Office's water-sports page.
